Induction Hardening

In the induction hardening process the component is heated in a high-frequency magnetic field. Thereafter, the component is cooled down in a cooling liquid. This gives the component a hard surface.

We have an induction hardening furnace in our factory that is suitable for hardening shafts. The maximum length of a piece that we can harden is a 1000 mm, with a maximum diameter of 135 mm and a maximum weight of 55 kg.
