AT JAME-SHAFT, THE RESPONSIBLE WAY OF OPERATING IS BASED ON THE COMPANY’S CORE VALUES. OF COURSE, THE COMPANY’S OPERATIONS ARE DIRECTED BY DIFFERENT LAWS AND REGULATIONS, BUT IN ADDITION TO THESE, IN OUR DAILY OPERATIONS, WE HAVE RAISED THREE AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY TO THE CENTER OF OUR WORK. CUSTOMER FRIENDLYNESS, STAFF WELLBEING AND CARE FOR THE ENVIRONMENT.

WITH THE HELP OF STRONG COOPERATION, WE ALSO ENABLE OUR CUSTOMERS TO HAVE A SUCCESSFUL BUSINESS. CUSTOMER SATISFACTION, QUALITY OF THE PRODUCTS WE MANUFACTURE AND OUR SERVICE ATTITUDE ARE THE CORNERSTONES OF OUR BUSINESS. WE WANT TO BE “THE STRONGEST LINK IN OUR CUSTOMER’S SUPPLY CHAIN”.

Employee well-being is not just lip service to Jame. Throughout our history, we have taken care of our most important resource - people. The results of annual job satisfaction surveys undeniably show our success. Transparency of communication, improvement of work safety and comfort, and benefits genuinely related to the well-being of the personnel are supporting our personnel. We don't break up our personnel: We are all proudly part of The Jame-Shaft Team.
Sustainable use of natural resources and taking care of the environment have been an important part of Jame-Shaft's operations even before it became trendy... To name a few examples; already years ago we made the decision to buy only fossil-free electricity. In a multi-million dollar investment to improve working conditions, we renewed the air conditioning system to guarantee even temperature and clean air in our production. We recover the heat produced by the heat treatment machinery and use it to power our LED-lit production facilities. In our new investments, energy efficiency is a priority. Naturally, we follow the ISO14001 environmental program in our operations.
Jame-Shaft Oy's notification channel is available to both employees and representatives of stakeholders.
Through the channel, they can anonymously report any observed or suspected actions that may contravene laws, regulations, directives, or our operating guidelines.
All reports are handled appropriately and confidentially.
